Financial Accountability
Blanche River Health is committed to openness and transparency with our communities around the use of our hospital’s financial resources. In this section, you will find information on attestation documents, our executive and board expenses, executive compensation, financial reports, and public sector salary disclosures.
In accordance with the Broader Public Sector Accountability Act, 2010, all Ontario hospitals must annually attest to their compliance with consultant reporting requirements, the prohibition on engaging lobbyist services using public funds, and directives issued under the Act relating to expense claims, perquisites, and procurement.
The Broader Public Sector Accountability Act, 2010 requires every hospital to publicly post executive and board member expense claims.

In accordance with the 1996 Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, organizations receiving public funding from the Province of Ontario must disclose the names, positions, salaries and taxable benefits of employees earning $100,000 or more within the calendar year.
