Blanche River Health Resumes In-Person Recruitment of Health Care Professionals
Pandemic restriction changes have led to the return of in-person career fairs, which are key to recruitment of health care professionals, announced Joan Brazeau, Interim CEO, Blanche River Health.
“Recruitment of clinicians is an on-going priority for Blanche River Health,” said Brazeau. “We’re thrilled recruitment drives have moved from virtual to in-person events again, and we are seizing the opportunity to get out and meet health sciences students from across Ontario to share with them the career opportunities available at our Englehart and Kirkland Lake sites.”
Over the past several months, Blanche River Health employees focussed on the recruitment of physicians, nurses and allied health professionals by attending career fairs and recruitment events in Ottawa, Blue Mountains, North Bay, Sudbury and Parry Sound and plan to travel to Timmins and Niagara Falls in the coming weeks.
Currently, Blanche River Health is recruiting a range of health care professionals including Physicians, Registered Nurses, Personal Support Workers, Registered Practical Nurses, a Pharmacist, a Pharmacy Technician, a Registered Dietician, a Respiratory Therapist, a Medical Laboratory Technologist and a Physiotherapist.
