Blanche River Health Foundation

Brian Bronson

Director

Brian Bronson joined the Board of Directors of Blanche River Health Foundation in March 2015.  He was elected Vice Chair in November 2020 and in 2024 he chose not to let his name stand as Vice Chair in favour of his nomination of Rene Boudreault (consistent with his goal to grow the Foundation).

Brian holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Toronto. He dedicated over three decades to shaping young minds, beginning his educational career at KLCVI in September 1970. Brian concluded his career as Principal with his retirement in June 2003.

Currently, Brian is an active member of the Kirkland Lake community, contributing his time and expertise to several organizations, including the Kirkland Lake Camera Club, the Kirkland Lake Economic Development Advisory Committee, and the BRH Physician Recruitment and Retention Committee.

As a committed member of the BRH Foundation, Brian aims to expand its reach and impact. He is passionate about raising awareness and increasing participation in the foundation's historical fundraising journey. He believes that his extensive network, built over years in education, will be instrumental in achieving these goals.

Brian is driven by the conviction that engaging people in meaningful ways is key to success. He believes that more engagement leads to better outcomes for the community and its initiatives.
