Quality and Safety

Blanche River Health is committed to patient safety and continuous quality improvement. This mentality is engrained in the way we work, at every level and in each corner of our organization. Measuring our performance against provincial and national benchmarks is a key part of our quality improvement journey.

In this section, you will find information about our quality improvement plan, patient safety indicators, and our participation in Accreditation.

Blanche River Health reports on several key patient safety indicators as required by the Province of Ontario.

These indicators include:

  • Clostridium Difficile (C. Diff)
