Job Summary:

The individual is responsible for maintaining buildings, grounds, equipment, and systems (interior, exterior, mechanical and electrical) through scheduled projects maintenance and repair with safety, efficiency, and appearance being priorities.

 Requirements:

• Ontario Secondary School Diploma.
• Must have current Electrician Certificate of Qualification (Ontario).
• Must be a member of Skilled Trades Ontario
• Must have basic understanding of blueprint reading.
• Must have basic understanding of computers.
• Must have HVAC experience
• Ability to demonstrate leadership skills
• Project planning experience will be considered an asset
• Must be able to work safely with minimum supervision
• Bilingualism an asset.
• Other duties as assigned.
